ACTIVITY #1
Sunny Bear says, “Bees help flowers grow. They POLLINATE them by carrying pollen from the tops of flowers to other flowers. Can you find an example of another creature that POLLINATES flowers besides bees?”
YOU CAN CHOOSE TO:
- Look up examples of creatures that POLLINATE in books, magazines, or on the Internet. Ask an adult, older brother or sister, book buddy, teacher, or librarian to help you! (Try wikimedia.com.) Draw and color an example of the creature you found in the space below. OR
- Print out a picture of the creature that is a POLLINATOR (wikimedia.com lets you print pictures freely). Cut the picture out and tape or glue it onto this page. If you use glue, remember to let the page dry open overnight so pages will not stick together!
